BOOK WEEK : DAY 2 : MOTHERS AS STORY SPINNERS As the book week is in full swing. Prep Girls Section invited mothers for the story telling session on Tuesday 12th November 2019. Stories create magic and a sense of wonder at the world. They teach us about life, about ourselves and about others. Storytelling is a unique way for kids to develop an understanding, respect and appreciation for other cultures, and can promote a positive attitude to people from different lands. We were amazed to see the response of mothers who volunteered themselves. Alongside, we appreciate their presence in school and the sessions were thoroughly enjoyed by our young audiences. |
