Dear Parents/Guardians,        

You are requested to attend a Parent/Teacher Meeting  and a colourful Art Mania which will exhibit the Art work of all the students of our section on Friday, 27 March 2015 from 02:30 pm to 06:30 pm.

This meeting has been arranged for you to meet your child’s teachers and discuss his/her progress in school.

Kindly adhere to the given time. If you require more time for discussion with the teachers, you may take an appointment for another day from the school office.

All Sections of Class - 5                           02:30 p.m. - 04:30 p.m

All Sections of Class - 6                           04:30 p.m. - 06:30 p.m.

Note:

·         Parents will be attended on first come, first serve basis only.

·         Kindly return the consent slip by Wednesday, 25 March 2015 to the class teacher.

·         The room allocation is given on the attached sheet for your convenience.

·         Student should not accompany their parents.
