Showcasing the movie aims to put the novel in hand at the heart of students and upraise young people's learning experience. Prep Girls section planned a Movie Day Event on Friday, 18th November 2017 to elevate the understanding of novels students study in their English Literature Classes. The power of movie was to make an emotional connection and to enable students to experience this power through education was the theme.Students watched the movies of their respective novels which were as follow:
Class 6 – Matilda
Class 7 – Phantom Tollbooth
Class 8 – Hobbit
The discipline of the students embarked the day with success and smooth flow of the event. Girls enjoyed watching the movie with their friends and teachers followed by KFC combo deal provided. The journey ended by handing over the students to their parents and guardians directly from the cinema hall.
